Could you please provide your wordpress Admin login + FTP accounts details via secret information area? I would like to check directly on your host and guide you how to fix it.

Thanks Kazim Wu, I have figured out this.
I am quite upset with the documentation of the theme, is quite difficult to follow up and it doesn't have all necessary steps to achieve things. Screenshots are outdated and shows things that are not available in the current version.
I will post a few tickets to keep threads separated, please reply as soon as possible as I have lost a lot of time struggling with the documentation and with your new year holidays.

Thanks you however you should not post much your tickets in the next time, it's made hard for me to manage all of the queries within this forum, hope you understand me. For easier way, you can list all your questions in a document file ,i will check and answer you as soon as possible.
