    Hello,

    Please make sure that you setup products for that categories.
    If you want to have any block on left sidebar, you can add more in sidebar setting > category page.
    You can provide me your back end account if you do not know the location to add

    If you check my screenshot, you will see that now one imagegoes under the other and I need that the images are as in the example one next to the other.

    I send you the access details, we have in the server some restrictions so if you have any problem in access to the website, please send me your IP.

    Hello again,

    I have just seen in the demo category the correct layout but I still don´t find the module where I can apply this layout to the other categories.

    I don´t find the sidebar settings.

    I would like to show you the location that you can go to sidebar and the modules that you need to add for your sidebar.
    Hope that you can config for your site just because the IP changes day by day, so if we cannot contact timely, you will be lost the time for waiting

    I just checked the screenshot and I already have everything configured like this.

    Is really weird because in the demo categories, the layour appears correct but in the new created categories it doesn´t appear like in the demo.

    The problem is that we are different from the time zone, so even when I send you the correct IP for today, you add it at the time we do not work at the office (because the working hour was over). Is there any ways to access to your back end site without using IP address?
