This is what is not functioning ( All Categories)

I created a Categories page, and even a Categories menu, but it will not take me to it.

Its the last item, on the drop down list (All Categories) not taking me any where.

Look at the photo. Its in red... (ALL CATEGORIES>>). it will not redirect to another page if I click it

I have to right click it and select (open in link new tab) to get it to do anything
