Request for refund

Dear support.

I have purchased the theme several months ago and tried to build my site. The theme had some bugs for which I am ok that its normal. I have got support for some minor bugs.
I had another serious problem with product images inside carousel that was disappearing randomly while browsing the page. I am sure that is something wrong with transition easy in - out effects that you apply to images. I have noted this to support and open a ticket around 3 month ago but my problem was not fixed.
From the cutetheme support the response was that the theme is fine, and 'the effects are normal'. Then sometimes they write that 'the coders will check', and sometimes that 'is my mobile phone problem'. I tested with several phones and pc and did reproduce the same problem.
This problem was present is all of your wordpress demos. I spoke with one of your support via skype several time and even sent 3 video recordings that did show the moment the images disappearing. But still did not had my problem fixed.

I had a tight schedule, and for my client was impossible to wait that long for the website. So after several conversation with the kutetheme support I decided to no longer use your theme and have already purchased another one from another vendor.

I am sorry but I can not wait so much time for the problem to be fixed.

Please refund me the sum of the original purchase of the theme.
