Woocommerce contains outdated copies php versions and plugin

Hi, How can I fix the outdated php files as well as this premium plugin: "WooCommerce Variation Swatches and Photos" ?

kutetheme/woocommerce/cart/mini-cart.php version 1.0.0 is out of date. The core version is 2.1.0,
kutetheme/woocommerce/content-product.php version 1.6.4 is out of date. The core version is 2.4.0,
kutetheme/woocommerce/loop/sale-flash.php version 1.0.0 is out of date. The core version is 1.6.4,
