How to update theme for woocommerce

I haven't had any major issues but I am getting a lot of notifications about my theme being outdated and I'm worried about potential compatibility issues. Are there any updates I need to install? I have attached a screenshot from the woocommerce system status page which is where I am directed when I click the notifications. Thanks in advance for any help!
