in addition i am not getting turan option in my dashboard as shown in documentation, please refer the attachment to have look to my dashboard.

I checked your site and see that you are having 2 Turan themes.
What's wrong? Have you customized the theme? We would like to tell you that we will not support for the customized site, so please check again then tell me your plan.

In addition, we see nothing in your FTP (see my attachment)
