MOBILE LAYOUT PROBLEMS

Please. Theme visualization on mobile device is very very unusabe. A too long list of products without sense in one smartphone page. I think for us is more usable to see the site at full resolution, also becouse the resize on small screen do not work well. Can i know how to remove auto adapting resolution for smallest device like from 3 to 7 inchs from css?

and..

can i select different option 1..2..3.... from the shops of multishop?
