Website Layout Discrepancies

1. Menu bar appears and overlaps as we scroll down on page. We want it to automatically hide when scrolling down, and re appear when scrolling up. Kindly check screenshot here http://prntscr.com/idx5im
2. When typing a keyword on the search bar, pressing ENTER do nothing. We want it to automatically render search without having to click the search icon. http://prntscr.com/idx6q5
