    Hi, I have notice several customization via shortcodes in the documentation provides, but it is not clear for me how to get to those screens shown in the docs.
    Could you clarify that for me?

    The cause bu you have not enable Visual Composer. As i mentioned at the last ticket. Please do it and let me know.
