Cannot remove words

Hi,
Please view the screen capture to see the issue. I Cannot remove words "ON SALES" From homepage and what appears to be a second five tab collection.which is not wanted. (Note: The first five tab collection is wanted). I have tried everything.. Your help in this matter is appreciated
