    Love the theme. Just bought it last night, however upon activating it we've noticed that all of our shop and shop category pages look really strange. Regardless of what subcategory we are in at the time, we still see all of the other categories on top of them and very large. See for example: https://davespestdefense.com/product-category/lawn-garden/

    I should only see lawn and garden subcategories here, but instead I am seeing all of our main categories that have nothing to do with lawn and garden and they are huge pictures that take up half the screen?

    I have put info below in the secret box. Can you be sure to let me know what you are changing (what files)? I know this is impacting a lot of users right now with the latest Woo update.

    See attached images for what I'm talking about. The first images with the large images is what I'm seeing on the site. The other image is from one of our other sites and how it should look.

    Your FTP account's OK but WP Admin login, it still does not work. Please check and provide me again

    I got your wp admin login. The cause maybe by the woocommerce 3.3.0. My developers will check again and fix asap. I will inform you when it's done.

    Looks good, the only problem I am facing is that on any of the shop category pages it's painfully slow. This is only ocurring on this website with the new theme. Our other sites running woo with more products in them run fast with a second or two load times. For example, try and access: https://davespestdefense.com/product-category/lawn-garden/
    It takes 20+ seconds most times when it should take a second or two.

    Even when heading out to to a product category without any subcategories shown such as here: https://davespestdefense.com/product-category/outdoor-living/flower-boxes/ it loads painfully slow. It's only slow on product category pages. SUPER fast everywhere else such as contact page, home, about us, etc. Please help.

    Good morning
    I have checked and found that your site connect to the amazon, plugins, adons... it maybe the cause also. Please try using some methods below to improve the loading speed:
    1. Install the Autoptimize plugin
    2. Remove unnecessary plugins
    3. Optimize product images
    4. Contact with your hosting administrator to increase the speed (memory, memory cache, Ngixn,....)

    Yea, we've thought of that as well and actually had everything but woo and other necessary plugins removed for a test and it was still doing it. Our other website snowplowsplus.com actually has 3 times as many plugins (including ebay, and amazon) and is lightning fast on the same server.

    It has nothing to do with the plugins. The plugins are deactivated. The only plugins active are your plugins and woo. At present time, when I go to a shop page on the site I am shown nothing but the header. All products and subcategories appear missing. I need your help. If not, we'll need a refund so I can go a different route because there is clearly an issue here.
