I can only give you access to a development site so what ever you do I will have to replicate on the live site.

Can your coder tell me how they fix it? I need to fix it on live site. Clocking screen option does not work on live site.

The cause by your plugins they are conflicted together. Please deactive for each plugin and then check your menu again. My coders said that they forgot the plugin name. If it does not work, please provide your main admin login + FTP accounts via secret information area. My coders will check again.
