problems loading the template

I requested a service (Job ID: 142861 / MoonBear) so they can help me load the Kuteshop template, but Mr. MoonBear never finished his work, and now when I enter the page I get a fatal error which I attach so that can guide help solve the problem because the client needs your page, waiting for your comments.
