Themes not activating, what to do?

Dear Concern,
I am trying to activating kute shop theme but not activating.

below error showing:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '[' in /home/stationery/public_html/wp-content/themes/kuteshop/framework/includes/theme-functions.php on line 469

pls advise what to do?

Hi motaharrony
The cause maybe something's wrong when theme's uploaded by the Filzilla tool. You should choose Transfer>>Transfer Type>>Binary before or upload from dashboard>>Appearance>>theme>>Add New>>Upload. Please try again and let me know your results.

Dear Concern,
I have upload the theme again in two ways;
1. Using Dashboard-Theme Upload
2. Using Filezilla-Theme Upload-Extract-activate

but result is similar that means did not solved.

Pls advise me...

One more thing, when I am trying to read other comments from support, it asks me to provide the purchased code, giving the code-showing successfully entered but unable to read the comments moreover it asks repeatedly the purchased code. which is the correct way to read the comments...?

The cause by your PHP version, it's version 5.3.x. I just switched to 5.6.x and it works now. If you have other questions, do not hesitate to contact with me. BTW, Could you go here: http://themeforest.net/downloads then rate me a good review + 5 stars please? It's really worth with me.
