Theme settings

Hi, great looking theme. Just some questions.
The site: http://kidstoyideas.co.uk/
1. The homepage, the two categories I have ‘toys’ and ‘consoles’ – the 6 products that show here, some times misalign, and some times work – how can I fix that so they are always aligned correctly.
2. What determines the products appearing in the area on the homepage question 1 refers to. It doesn’t give me any options . It just says ‘section tab’ and when I edit it ‘reduction from/to’ – but I don’t understand how are products are being added in to this.
3. If you scroll down on this page http://kidstoyideas.co.uk/product-category/toys-hobbies/ the products are becoming misaligned too – how do I fix this?
4. Is there options to change the header colours, or do I just do in CSS?
