    I dont get why you need access to my cpanel and wordpress. I'm just asking to add one more custom social media icon which you can check it in your theme and tell me which file i should edit for this.

    I thing if you answer it in public your other users can use it and prevent other tickets in this subject.

    I would like to check the causes only and then guide you. By default of theme, you can edit at the dashboard KuteShop>>Theme Option>>Social Setting and then add or remove your icons there.( you can see the attachment screenshot)

    I checked the image. I didn't had that theme update so i couldn't see that option but after i update the theme from themeforest all of my setting lost and i cant see the option to change the logo and some other settings
