I'm facing Blank Page error issue with website, for details i'm uploading screenshots. Have a look also please determine timeline for it.

I got this from email. However I cannot access to your FTP.
And 2 of them are not back end login

I got accounts you provided me. However the back end is for Magento template, not Prestashop. And here is Prestashop - Logancee.
