yith attribute filter isn't working properly

hi

have to say its one great theme you've built

ive installed the theme and imported the demo, everything was fine, I have a membership with yith so I installed the premium version of the plugins you included, and then I wanted to add the Ajax filter by attributes, and the Ajax search plugin but they dont seem to work as good as in other installs
wonder whats can be done ?? thanks a lot

the domain name is OnlineMattressSales.co.uk and I just put the localhost install here so you can access it, not sure where ill put it yet, need to see the plugins compatibility first

also how to put a tel href next tho the search since it showed in a weird way when I put the html code in there

and how can I change the icons in the menu ? or at least add a bit of space
or change the background color for each social media (facebook to blue, google red etc...)

is it possible to have widgets in the header toolbar, to change the social are or put links to pages left or right ??

- Could you please provide your FTP or Cpanel accounts via secret information area? My coders will check and fix it.
- About your phone number, please remove your html tag there( Enter your phone numbers only)
- About icons on your main menu, my coders will fix it
- About change the background color for each social media and widgets in the header toolbar issues: In this case you have to custom by yourself or connect to Customized Services(http://support.kutethemes.net/offer/add). I am really sorry because i do not support for custom works.

= I added the ftp details,
- about the phone number : I wanna put a clickable phone number so customer can call from a phone or a Mac using FaceTime, but the html tag doesn't work and instead I get what u saw
- thank you, also is it possible to have something like this ? http://demo.theme-sky.com/sanzo/home/home-supermarket-5/?color=red&product_hover=2&cat-icon-black=1 with an extension or something ?

I got your FTP info. About main menu + Ajax issues, my coders will check again and fix asap.
About phone numbers and slider as you mentioned + attached file above. In this case, you have to custom by yourself or contact to customized services. I am really sorry because i do not support for custom work. Please let me know if you have other questions.

hi

I understand for the icon menu, but theres no customization in putting an html link as phone number instead of just text, did it with other themes and it worked just fine
ill contact the customization service for the menu icons sliders

but no one got back to me about the menu not being compatible with WooCommerce color and labels nor the yith plugin to show colors and with Ajax on the shop menu

About Ajax Filter issues. My coders checked and said that you should update to the latest of yith version. Currently, it's too old compare with the latest of Woocommerce plugin. Please update it and let me know your results.

it was already updated the latest version, whether its yith plugins or WooCommerce, and according to the changelog its compatible with the latest wordpress and WooCommerce

I prefer not using the woof extension, as im already paying for a license for the yith plugin filter and I don't want to get another plugin for the same thing

and even with the woof plugin (was already installed ) and updated nothing

o gave you the access username and password, so please at least check the installation and whats already activated and updated and whats not
been 10 days and no resolution yet for this, nor a solution for the phone number as a clickable link also

I fixed the color filter myself after 2 weeks
but the rest isn't working and if possible an answer would be great

My coders checked and said that there's not button for Filter Price (currently, it does not include the css codes for filter button) Please contact to the author of that plugin, they will check and fix it.

the price filter is a widget included by default in WooCommerce, https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-widgets/
and in the demo theme its there, so how come I need to contact someone for this when it a default widget ????

I like the theme but the support is so slow and not exactly what im asking even for, every time is my coders this my coders that, been more than 2 weeks man

its two weeks late as an answer, I said I already got it done with another developer that I pay, no support was given, and maybe no one even care about giving support. frankly disappointed about support, events the theme is good and fast for seo

I have discussed with coders many times. They said that the cause by your plugin, it's lost the filter price button that's why you have to contact to the author of plugin or customized services. I have contacted to my Admin and need his permission to fix.

the plugin works out of the box in many sites already as I have the license for 30 sites, its your woof plugin who conflict with it, or you made it more compatible with your theme, anyway
