Error on Importation All Demo Installation 504 Gateway Time-out

Hi I purchase you product yesterday but every time i will import your demo i always receive error 504 and the result are incomplete menus tabs pages etc etc please help me thanks

The cause maybe by your host, it's limited some values. Please contact to your host providers, they will check and fix it. Here are requirements the KuteShop theme:
Before you begin the install, checking to ensure that you have the minimum requirements for KuteShop is WordPress 4.4.0 or highter, PHP 5.4 or highter and MySQL 5.4 or highter. Recommended PHP Configuration Limits:
Many issues that you may run into such as; white screen, demo content fails when importing, empty page content with Fusion Builder and other similar issues are all related to low PHP configuration limits. The solution is to increase the PHP limits. You can do this on your own, or contact your web host and ask them to increase those limits to a minimum as follows:
max_execution_time 360 or more
memory_limit 256 M or more
post_max_size 64M
upload_max_filesize 64M

is there other way to upload demo files ? until now i dont get any feedback from my hosting provider about the issue thanks! by the way great support!

In this case you can fix the max_execution_time = 360 or more at the php.ini file
max_execution_time 360 or more
memory_limit 256 M or more
post_max_size 64M
upload_max_filesize 64M
