Slider not showing and mobile is not responsive

The slider and banner on the bottom are not responsive to mobile. Also the nitro slidere is not showing on the actual website even though I have a slider up. The nitro slider doesnt save or install or embed when attempting to use it instead of the current slider. Can you assist me with getting the slider to work with the theme and the theme to be fully responsive. Can you also let me know exactly what you did to make these fixes so I will need in case something like this occurs again and possibly be able to help the kutethemes community if anyone else has this issue. (screenshots or anything will allow me to see what went wrong...thank you in advance) I have uploaded the latest theme and uninstalled and reinstalled, still the same problem. I even tried other themes from the xshop package and they all do the same thing.
