To add email and phone, you enter the dashboard choose Appearance>>menus>>Top bar left >>Add Custom link as the attachment screenshot and
about the Currency and Multi languages selection, you have to install the WPML and Woocommerce Curency Switcher plugins( They are not free, you have to buy these license), they are compatible with the KuteShop theme.
