    Redirection problem on checkout

    I have this error after payment complete, just before the redirection back to the the site. I'm Using WooCommerce Realex Redirect Gateway plugin for payment.

    Can you fix it?
    I'm not sure if it's a template related problem, but as I see several template references I opted to open a Ticket. I also opened a Ticket with the plugin developer. They are also working on it.

    The problem persists...
    You must complete the payment process... Choose pago con tarjeta and check "He leído y aceptado los términos y condiciones*... THen you will be redirected to the payment getaway. Yo can use the privately provided dummy test credit card... and the final redirection shows this message "Tu transacción se ha realizado correctamente, pero ha habido un problema al conectarse de nuevo al sitio web del comercio. Ponte en contacto con el comercio e infórmale de que has recibido este mensaje de error." what means: Transaction is ok, but there was a problem connecting back to the shops website. PLease contact the webmaster and inform about it. The internal server log shows the error that I pasted in the ticket explanation.

    I have checked and found that the cause maybe by your payment gateway. Please contact to your service provider, they will check and fix it

    My hosting provider give me the following information (translated from Spanish):

    After the payment we see a 500 error:

    This error indicates that there is a calling to a method named WC_Order_Item_Product::get_catalog_visibility() and does not exist, this error seems to have the origin in the theme Techone installed in this path : /usr/home/latapicera/www/tienda/wp-content/themes/techone/functions.php

    IF you have suppourt will be convenient consult with them (kutethemes) about the origin of the problem.

    Realex developed a new version of the plugin with a new type of redirection and still fail.

    Curently, the WooCommerce Realex Redirect Gateway plugin, it's not compatible with the TechOne theme and now you have to fix by yourself ỏ connect to Customized Services, where they will check and fix this error.
