HELP ON THEME MENU

Hello support, you guyz are doing great here
My theme menu is not well arranged, and couldnt get to create mega menu. Im yet to get how to import and set the sample menu from the demo template. PLEASE CAN YOU HELP IMPORT THE DEMO MENU AND DEFAULT IT SO I JUST DO EDITING.
