    Layout builder not working on multisite

    Hi all,
    i have a problem with the layout builder. On my shops i can't add modules via layout builder and in the frontend all modules are not working. Only the primary shop ins't affected by this problem.

    I searched for similiar issues on prestashop forums but with no success.

    I cannot go to your Ovic Theme config with Layout builder so I cannot check your problem.

    Dear mate.

    Have you customized anything in your site?
    Your site should be updated to solve this problem. One more thing, we don't support for the customized site mate.
    So if you customized your site. Please back up all your database + source code before updating

    After being done backup, you can go to Themeforest then download the latest version there then update for your site.
    You also can follow the change_log to update

    I made some tests and noted that if i update the modules (The Ovic layout builder for example), i need to reset them and that causes the lost of the Ovic layout builder on the main site. How can i backup or resume the old configuration of the Ovic layout builder in order not to loose those data?

    Should i backup "ps_ovic_options_hook_module" and "ps_ovic_backup_hook_module" tables and then, after update the module, restore them?

    Yes. Backup all the customized files before updating to make sure that all will not loose.
