Demo 12 is not working even in Live Preview

Hi,
I have purchased this recently and trying to use Demo 12. Index page is working but when we try to navigate to any other page, it is pulling Demo 1 pages.

For Example, click below link and navigate to about us page, theme are not from Demo 12 rather it is from Demo 1.
