Module GroupCategory Cannot Load Banner

I buy & installed the themes,
When I config Supershop - Group Category Module, I cannot change the banner.
I change/upload the icon is ok. But the Banner cannot. After I upload, the banner not show in Front Store
I using FTP to check to files
I've looked into the folder /modules/groupcategory/images/icons

Could you please provide me your website back end account? I would like to access to your site then check.
And if it's possible, can you mark the position of banners that you want to upload??
