Pagebuilder plugin - License not found

Hi I bought your wordpress boutique theme on September 2, 2017, I'm trying to activate the license for the pagebuilder plugin, but when I link to my account tell me that I have no plugin license.

Thanks for contacting us.
We included the Visual Composer, Slider Revolution plugins in our theme for free, so you do not need the license to activate it, after you activate theme, you can also install and activate this plugin on your site. Then you can enable the item you want to edit by using VC as the attachment screenshot.
