Theme configuration issue

Hi,
there seems to be some issue with setup despite documentation.
Is there a quickstart you could send me? I emailed you but have not gotten a reply.
I wanna use either the option 2 or 5, but there’s no documentation on how to setup the hooks etc…
Also, it seems there are errors on some parts: for example flexible module, the categories and products don't work well (no filter etc...), Analytics Google don't detect the code, category banners don't show up...etc
