Slider Revolution import problem

I bought a KuteShop - Multipurpose WooCommerce WordPress Theme and after activation we found the follow error message on our wordpress webshop:
Revolution Slider Hiba: Slider with alias kute-opt13 not found.
In "Slider Revolution" we tried to Import a slider, but it does not work with the downloaded files.
With importing revslider.zip we got the error message: "Error: slider_export.txt does not exist!"
When I tried to find the .txt file above manual, and import, it was not accepted.
Please, help me in this question. What is wrong in my process? What should I do for proper function?
