Remove/Edit Settings

Hello,
Is there a way I can either remove or edit the Sales product banner.. the red and green banners? It seems that they are applied to all products. If I cant pick and choose where to apply each banner how can i remove them completely? also how can I remove the stars/no reviews from near product description. Screenshot attached.
