    Demo contents not installing properly Getting Error

    Please before do anything visit my site to look what is looking now. I have freshly installed the theme with demo contents 5 times accordingly theme documentation. I have purchased 10-12 theme from themeforest and installed myself with demo contents without facing any problem. but this when I trying to install this theme I got an error "Internal Server Error" message please see the screenshot https://prnt.sc/gz2j7b
    When I contact with hosting support they try to install the demo contents from their side but the didn't get this error they got something else error please see the screen shot https://prnt.sc/gz2ka9 they got this error "Failed to import media".
    Please solve my problem as soon as you can. I really need this solve very fast.

    Below I provided my cPanel login details. I have created that ftp account when you asked ftp details. Maybe I made any mistake thats its empty. You have now cPanel details please create a ftp account or change the current one according your need. And most of all if you can please do this one as soon as possible. Ow I have already sent add request on skype. My id is ratan_alam03 please accept the request.
