How to just show one Shipping Method?

Hello Techone Support,
I think my Checkout Cart settings have problem. When I added an item to the cart, and viewed it. As you can see from attached photo all the shipping methods showed up.
Please see the attached picture, or just go to my website carnanocoating.com and add any product, then view the cart. You will see all the shipping methods are showed up. But I want JUST one shipping method showed up ( the one I selected for that product).
