    Template not save modification

    Good morning I can not make changes to the template.
    I tried adding a new hook to header.tpl but by checking the page source the code is not shown.
    Can you help me?

    If you go in Module section and look for Google Tag Manager modue, to configure it they ask to add the following code immediately after the opening "body" tag: {hook h ='displayAfterBody'}, and this is whats i have done on header.tpl but it wont work, i cant see the code on tml strucrture views of the page.
    And is the same if i made other changes on the template. I dont know if is some cache problem or what.
