i cant understand.

i explain;

i buy a new host from nexcess, can i select direct woocommerce and then can i install theme on woocommerce ? dont install wordpress. is it work?

I am not sure the latest version of Woo, it 's compatible with my theme or not. It's the best if you backup and restore by the Duplicator plugin. You can refer here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/

ok understand. i have buy wordpress, but first wp then install woocommerce then theme is very slow page..

About speed of page issue, please try using some methods below to improve the loading speed:
1. Install the Autoptimize plugin
2. Remove unnecessary plugins
3. Optimize product images
4. Install the jsDelivr – WordPress CDN plugin
5. Intstall the WP Super Cache
6. Contact with your hosting administrator to increase the speed
