    Hello Kazim,

    Trust this mail meets you well!

    Pls I have a few challenges and will need your supoort:


    1. KT Featured Products not working. How do I fix this?

    2. In Theme options > Footer, The Mailchimp List Dropdown field doesn't show any options (maybe its due to its small width). How do I fix this?

    3. When the cursor is taken over the 'Compare' and 'Wishlist' buttons/icons on the website, no alternate text displays to serve as a guide to the novice user. How do I make an 'Alternate text to appear' for 'Compare' and 'Add to Wishlist' buttons in the Product Listings?


    Pls, I would like to know to to fix these myself, but if you decide to do it using the details in the Secret Area, pls let me know the exact changes made and where.

    Your coders are taking too long!

    The issue is yet to be fixed and what I see (probably what they did) is not how it should work.

    You can visit the url to see for yourself.

    Kindly tell them to hasten up as my client is losing patience.

    - Issue 1: My coders have fixed it. You can check on your site
    -Issue 2: The cause by you have not input your API key there. Please do it and let me know
    -Issue 3: My coders said that it's default of the compare and wishlist plugins( my demo's the same). In this case, you have to custom by yourself or connect to Customized Services, where they will help you. I am really sorry because i do not support for custom work and do not do anything.

    Hello Kazim,

    Pls where do I edit the settings on how the Look Books Page should display its pictures? I seem not able to find it??

    I want to display 2 or 3 pictures per row. Where do I edit this at the admin?

    And if there's no way to do via Theme Options, what CSS can I use to achieve this pls?

    My coders have checked and said that it's default of theme. In your case, you have to custom by yourself at the kutetheme/archive-look-books.php or contact to customized services. I am really sorry because my team do not support for custom work. If you have other questions, please let me know.
