    Mailchimp subscribe form at the footer not working

    Good day,
    I have connected my woocommerce shop running kutetheme to MailChimp via the MailChimp's official plugin. I have also created a mailing list and a form on the mailing list via my MailChimp dashboard. Yet, when i enter my email in the subscribe input box located in the footer of my website, i get the error that 'Somthing went wrong". Please i need you to help me fix this. It's urgent!

    Maybe something's wrong when you setup it. Could you please provide your Admin login + FTP accounts details via secret information area. I would like to check your site and guide you how to solve this issue.

    Dear Kazim Vu, i have updated the ticket with the information you've requested. I'll also need help with optimization. Certain css ( the font-awsome and the resposive.css ) files are being served twice. This has increased the request load and added to the download time of my website. Other Javascript files not immediately needed should also either be pre-loaded or their loading defered till when needed. Thanks in advance for your time.

    Use the the previous ADMIN INFO i sent to access via ftp client . Thats the root admin. it'll take you to the root directory, locate the public directory, then locate the marrostore.com directory. Thanks

    Another issue i want solved is that the responsive.css and the font-awsome file are served twice. i want it to be served once for optimization purposes.

    Below is a graphic illustrator of some if the issues am facing. Another issue is that am unable to successfully declare a css :active state for the links in the user admin dashboard. even when i used the "!important" flag. Kindly look into these issues. Thanks in advance.

    It's been corrected. See the new logins. I deactivated and reinstalled the mailchimp woocommerce plugin, the re-connected to mailchimp. The subscribe input field was kind of working ( submiting to my mailchimpo list). However, i don't like it when the success message doesn't disappear. That's onething i want you to solve.
    2. I want you to solve the issue on non-display of the Hot product ( with count-down)
    3.The Services on the home page ( Free shipping, 24/7 support, Safe shopping and the rest of them) leads to a 404 page. I've already stripped off the category base.
    4. Am not able to add more categories under the 'HOT CATEGORIES' section at the bottom. I'd like to make them 12 categories under that section.
    5. When I declare a css rule for the :active pseudo of the a in the li elements that makes up the nav structure on the user account page, it doesn't work. even when i apply the !important flag. I need the active state of those link menus to be {background:white; color: black}. The menu has is already assigned a bg color of green.
    6. These assets are the same thing, they are both loaded and consumning http-request resources, i'll need you to only allow loading of one while the other is either not loaded at all or loaded when it's needed ( the plugin it comes with is about to be used).

    9. Is it possible to implement css sprite on your theme? I'd like to combine the following into a single sprit image but couldn't find a place to manually define a background-position.     Hello Kazim, Am still waiting. I can see they've fixed the "HOT DEAL" Product display. When are they gonna conclude everything? After this, I want to review the changes made and then you'll do the following:
    - Remove the default data which includes Names, email addresses, Orders etc.

    Hello,
    I've decided to remove mailchimp. They limited my account and calimed that i violated their policy, i send them a message about days ago, they've still not responded. So, concentrate on other tasks and leave mailchimp integration.

    - Please update to the latest theme version( It's version 1.7.7). My coder has fixed the HOT CATEGORIES issues
    - About MailChimp, you can remove at the dashboard>>Appearance>>Widgets
    - About js error, you can update the Wishlist plugin or connect to author of this plugin, they will check and fix it.

    Hello,
    Kuteshop is almost getting me fraustrated. The theme has began to assign products to same categories twice ( each category you assign to a product, it does it one more time) and product now displays a 404 error/page not found. The plugin i use for importing products from Aliexpress is Alidropship. This issue actually started on the first day of installation; menus, catgories were are duplicated. Please solve this. If you need to flush off all sample data, pls do. but ensure my categories, menus etc still remains intact. I use a plugin called "wub seo urls" to rewrite my urls to remove the "produc-category" base.

    I think that the cause by your plugins (Alidropship and wub seo urls plugins)and you have to contact to authors of these plugins or connect to Customized services, where they will check and fix it.
