Need help with WPML, Mobile responsiveness and some changes

Hi. I have the following needs for my website.
1. I need WPML, where can I find the plugin? Is it free or I have to buy.
2. I need to build a new product style carusel. There are 12 pre-build versions. I want to create a new version to be able to use it to fit 2 items on mobile (Screen resolution of device < 480px). I think that if a lower icon size of chart, compare and favorite or if I remove one of these icons, it may possibly fit 2 items on 4.7' or low mobile devices. At 5.1' mobile devices it appears correctly. (I have attached picture of how it appears o 2 mobile devices). It is possible also to switch product style carusel automatically depending on device resolution.
3. It is possible to activate sticky menu on mobile?
4. It is possible that product attributes can appear on the product as choices. For example when I have to buy an item to be able to select color before purchase.
5. It is possible to calculate shipping based on weight? Can you recommend a plugin for that?
6. It is possible to make Hotline number clickable using tel:xxxx url code.
7. It is possible to add custom text at top left banner (where normally is language and currency switcher)
