    out of stock not working well

    Hello, When a product is out of stock, the button does not say "out of stock" but it still says "add to cart". The customer can only understand if the product is out of stock, only if he/she press the "add to cart" button and after that a pop up message appears which says "the product is out of stock". Normally, if I remember well, the default theme of prestashop do this by default. Can you please fix this?
    A second question,
    I want the text “add to cart” of the button to change according the quantity of the products. I need to have the following options:
    Option 1: "add to cart" if the product is in my store and ready to send the same day(this is the normal that already have)
    Option 2: "Available in 2-3 days" if the product will be in my store the next day and the customer will receive it the day after.
    Option 3: "Presale" if I don't know the exact day that I will have the product in my store(5,7,10 or 20 days), but I will have it for sure until next month.

    Now, if you are wondering how can I distinct the quantity of the products in order to show the specific option for each product, then the following options could work for me:
    Option 1: If the product is "Presale", then the quantity can be minus two "-2".
    Option 2: If the product is "Available 2-3 days" then the quantity can be minus one "-1".
    Option 3: If the product is "add to cart" then the quantity can be between 1 and 10000(for example), this number could be anyone until 10000(this is the maximum that I can have in my store).
    Option 4: If the product is "out of stock", then the quantity should be zero "0".

    Can you please tell me if you can do this and how much does it cost?

    For the 1st issue, pls would I like to know which PS version you are using for your site? I will check the problem on the same PS version with yours first then upload the theme on it to find out the reason.

    Dear mate.

    First, I don't check your requirement in customized services. Therefore I don't know about your question there
    Second, I checked your problem you mentioned above (product blank page): Yep, I can see that with PS default, we don't see the Add to cart button anymore if that product is out of stock, with Boutique theme still has this button with the unavailable product.

    However it still say the message "Availability: This product is no longer in stock" (you can see my attachment).
    I think with this message, the customers can understand and don't click to order this product. If you want to remove this button in this case, you must contact to customized services or wait for the updated version if it is possible.

    Hello, I know about the message "Availability", but this notification appear only if the customer get in the specific product page of one product, not in the general product page where appear 10-12 products together. Unfortunately, the customers stay on this page because they can see all the products together and after that they call me to make an order by phone. After that I have to inform them that the product in not available now and of course the customers are unhappy with this and say to me "Why the button says "add to cart"??" What can I answer to the customers? This is the reason that I need the button to say "out of stock" when the product is actually out of stock.
    I hope that you understand.
    Do you know when the update will be ready? Also, how can I update the theme without loose all that I have done in the theme?
    Also, I cannot understand how your company works... I have request for customization work and someone(I cannot know who) deleted my message. Tell me were can I send my request??To send again to the customization services??I'm sure they will delete the message again!Can I trust them?
    If you can help(I mean you to tell to the customization services to see my request), that would be good!

    For this issue, my coder will update for just only your site. So if you update your site in the future, please BE CAREFUL because we will not support for the customized size anymore (it means that in case you update theme, it looses all the customization now, we will not do this again). It seems a customized work but we will do this free for you. So if you want to keep for your own, we can exchange via email.

    What do you need now from me?I have already gave you the credentials. You want it again? I don't understand about that you said. The "out of stock" should be appear when a product is out of stock or NOT??? You have confused me! If your coder make any change to my theme, why not doing this change to the theme with an update? I really cannot understand the way you are thinking. Don't you see that your theme changes the normal operation of prestashop? What all these are you saying? You said that I have to BE CAREFUL because you have change the normal way??
    Excuse me, but the way of your company behave is highly unprofessional.

    I understand your feeling, and I would like to explain all the things that we did in this system.
    I realized you are not the new client, therefore when I wanted to check your problem ( about the "out of stock" problem) I accessed to your old accounts (that you had provided us about 4-5 months ago) and I could not. So that's why I had to ask you again if you need the assistance.
    Secondly, this is the default design of theme (I told you before), so we cannot change it. We will customize free for the clients whom need the changing, then I told you to contact via email. I provided you the 2 e-mails then we can exchange easily. I sent you many days ago and I did not receive your reply and your email also. Therefore I had to close the ticket. Before closing, I asked how your site was and informed you that I would close it for more few days.

    I will think if I want to make the change and I will answer to you next week. My concern about that is if you make an update later, everything will change and this is problem.

    That's why I told you this is the default design. Some clients will not want to change this design. The others (like you) want to change.
