Plugin & Demo import error

Hi team,
I encountered the errors with followings;
1) Plugin installation
- KuteShop plugin - it was not activated at first saying there is no valid header. I clicked "Active" then it was installed and activated.
- Other 7 plugsins - All of them have showing the same error message saying line 154 is missing and too many arguments. But all are installed and activated.
2) Importing Demo
After the plugin installation (while I encountered the above errors), I proceed to import the demo and I encountered another error saying "500 internal server error" when I hit the Import Attachments. Uploading of xml file was OK.
I have installed the wordpress 3 times already from the scratches, removed all DB and so on. All of them gives the same error I mentioned above. Please look into this.
