    Sort option on category page

    I have three questions on the sort option.
    1. by default, it is showing "Default sorting", does it order them by post ID or menu ID or whatever? How can I reorder the sort products?
    2. How can I change the default sorting to "sort by newness"
    3. How can I change the wording in sort drop down, such as from "sort by newness" to "Sort By New to Old"

    I got your questions however it's the default of theme. If you want to change, you have to customize by yourself or contact to Customized Services because i do not support for customize work, i am really sorry. If you have other questions, do not hesitate to contact with me.
