Blur Images on Home Page

Hello, I have uploaded the images exact of the size that is in demo data. But Images on home page are seems to be blur. On shaop page and single product page it seems to be ok. So where is the issue?

Also can you please mention the default theme dimensions for Catalog images, Single product Image and Product thumbnails.

Now i just need default theme product images dimensions. Blue image issue is resolved.
