Website crash when activating theme

Hello, when i hit "preview" or "activate" the website crash with error 500. By enabling debug mode for Wordpress I got an error:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '$content_width' (T_VARIABLE) in /customers/1/8/d/keytrust.dk/httpd.www/wp-content/themes/techone/functions.php on line 1
