    Categories Issue with module EXTRA TAB

    Hi Emilyle,
    I have an issue with EXTRA TAB module on categories.
    When I select "Home" (Accueil) in the category, the extra tab (Size Guide) is in the product page.
    When I select for example "Mode" (fashion), the extra tab doesn't appear in the product page.

    Hi,
    Below the reply of my hosting support :

    In this case there are missing lines at the end of the draw unless, after the
    Last host there is a timeout.
    If necessary we must see this with that host.

    This situation is becoming a nightmare !!

    At the end of this traceroute, do you have "a timeout" ? Do you have line of tracers at the end ?

    Hi,
    Hosting support reply :

    As seen in the last traceroute server is not that of OVH.
    So there is an upstream blocking may possibly come from Internet Access provider.

    The problem is on your side. It's first time a support can"t access to my website.
    Please, find a quick solution to access and correct my issues. All my marketing actions and communications are stopped because I can't launch my new website !!
