    Hello
    i didn't receive any answer about your latest update. Is this update is lighter version and have no errors? i also contact to Mr. Jim but as you are not replying me. he is also not reply me. What is this? is it the support for which i have paid? You people are providing worst support in $30. Then you say that please don't create more tickets.

    As i mentioned at the last ticket. The latest theme version does not include the lighter version. Also, my support services works from Monday to Friday only that's why it delays.

    First of all i can't understand Right to Left version. Secondly in which year you people will launch lighter version? You should inform the buyer first that your theme has a worst page loading speed or mention this message on theme page. You people are making lame excuses that you are going to launch lighter version soon but you didn't launch it till now. You people are making us fool with lame excuses. How many years you will take to launch the lighter version?
