    Kutetheme upgrade

    Hi there,

    I recently bought an upgrade of KUTETHEME and would like some information on how to check ( SALE and NEW ) stickers? into our own customise stickers.

    Finally would like to know if you can assist us with building the rest of our website?

    I am not sure your database will be lost or not. However, yo should backup all your site before theme has update. Here're some steps:
    To update the KuteShop theme:
    Step 1: Backup your site( Include codes + Database)
    Step 2: From the dashboard>>Appearance>>Theme, you need to activate the default template( Ex; Twenty Seventeen theme)
    ( you can refer this document, it's the same http://test.kutethemes.net/koolshop_doc/#mazanoupdate)
    Step 3: Click on Kutetheme and then click Delete( look down in the right). NOTE: DO NOT delete the Kutetheme-Child
    Step 4: Return the dashboard choose Plugins then deactive the Kutetheme Toolkit, Slider Revolution, WPBakery Visual Composer and delete them.
    Step 5: Return the Appearance menus choose Theme>>Add New>>choose your latest theme version>>Install
    Step 6: Return the Plugins menus>>New>>and choose the Kutetheme Toolkit (Slider Revolution, WPBakery Visual Composer plugins are the same)>>Install>>and activate them.
    Please do it and let me know.

    Hi , Thank you for the information, Unfortunately i was unable to fix this, i wasn't able to unlock the ( NEW PRODUCTS) which is a big issue and one of the reason we upgraded to premium. the sale price product work fine but we can't find New produce

    We need this two things fixed now. Thank you (NEW PRODUCTS and showing Sticker ''New'' )

    The cause maybe you have not enable it. You enter the dashboard choose KuteShop>>Theme Options>>Woo commerce and set your numbers of days newness as the attachment screenshot. Please do it and let me know your results. if it does not work, you have to provide your Admin login + FTP accounts via secret information area. I would like to directly check on your site and fix it.

    Hi, Thank you for the update, i was able to activate the NEW sticker how ever it doesn't appears on the products it seems to show on the Home page but not on the actual images so i think you will be in best position to assist on this issue

    I have checked on your site and did not get the same problems as you mentioned. The "New" , it appears on the products( see the attachment screenshot). Please check again and let me know.

    NOTE: When theme has updated, you should update the Kutetheme Toolkit and delete the old theme version

    Hi, yes the New appears on the home page but it doesn't comes up on category products,

    issue 1 can you please upgrade old toolkit? Because we know have the option to add ( new products) when pricing? and we don't know where this features are so we can add this ?

    issue 2 Also we using the sample product pricing. the prices doesn't appear on the products when published

    issue 3 the popup writing still comes up when move are places on images we don't want any popups of image names

    NOTE: when the old version has installed, you have to install the kutetheme toolkit from that packet( ex: KuteShop Theme Ver 1.7.1 >>Option1>>Plugins>>kutetheme toolkit

    Hi Kazim.
    I don't know how to install without losing all elements. and why do I need to reinstall to old version? I upgraded to a new version for a reason and the same reason of the new sticker now I have to reinstall to old version?
    I lost some contents when reinstalling and has to rebuild everything again. I can't do that again. so you will have to do this because this issue is from your end. the concept was to upgrade and get all features there's but this seems to be missing. please fix this because I am starting to get frastrated. thanks

    Hi it has been almost a week and more I added you , we spoke and Skype and no support was given. the issue hasn't still been sloved, we can't go live because of this issue, we have to put everything on hold. all our product was we have uploaded all now showing products unavailable which i have explained as well but nothing is done to this. this is really bad for our business and bad support after we upgraded all this is happening it's really bad that you have not dedicated your self to satisfy us and solve our issues we are having with is your theme fault. it's very frustrating

    - About your main menu on mobile, the cause by the Woocommerce Advanced Bulk Edit plugin. My coders have tried to fix but they have not find out any solutions. It works when you have removed that plugin.

    Hi. I have added this code and nothing seems to be happening.

    the sale sticker that we added is now huge and covers a lot of the preducts when you click on items

    please can you do all the adding of coding since you have the login there's no point in me wasting my time and you delaying time by adding anything. when you clearly have access to the logins.
    It's really a nightmare that we are still struggling to sort this out after weeks. very bad for any business.

    Hi i see the labels and now put on and appears on items which is great.
    we can't remove the name pop ups because there's about 80,000k images we will never finish even after one year of changing items name. now after your developer has fixed this stickers there's two widget that are missing which i have attached the files of. there's a back up text which are images but generated to text code. please replace this issues and also we need that picture pop ups gone because it's not going to look professional for website.

    - About the name of image. There's no way. You have to do by hand or contact to Customized Services, where they will help you.
    - About your widgets missing, the cause by you have deactivated the amr shortcode any widget plugin. Please enter the dashboard>>Plugins and activate it.

    Hi.

    Thank you I can see the update and sickers are not visible.
    I am found a solution regarding the pop up.

    - I will like to add our own customise stickers for Sale and New which I have attached.

    - I will like the Sku changed to Model which I have attached screenshot of

    - the improve variable for some reason now it keeps saying action failed and we are unable to add more colours and other things there.I have attached screen shoot

    we need this 3 things sorted . Thank you
