Demo content not importing

Hi there,
I have tried importing the demo data over and over again. Installed it in almost every single folder in the ftp but it is just not working.
Can you please import it. You really need to add at least 2 more images in the documentation explaining how to do this.
I have done mutiple wordpress sites in the past all without ever having to ask for extra support. The fact that I am now not even able to do something as basic as importing demo data should say something then about the quality of the documentation.
Looking forward to seeing it fixed.
