    Footer builder has no visual composer/footerbuilder anything

    We are trying to build the footer on our website and the footer builder is nothing. It's just a standard page. No tools, no anything. This can't be normal. How do we fix this?

    The cause by you have not enable the Visual Composer. Please enter the dashboard choose Visual Composer>>Role Manager and do as the attachment screenshot. Please do it and lemme know your results. If you have other questions, do not hesitate to contact with me. I will help you.

    Also, you should install the TechOne Child theme because if you have any changes, you can customize in it. Your changes wont be lost when theme has updated in the future.

    I didn't know they role manager defaulted to pages only. My bad.

    Install the child theme? Do you mean create a child theme or is there a prebuilt one to install?

    About the child theme, it included when you downloaded at the http://themeforest.net/download( you can install the same parents theme). As i mentioned above, you should install it. If you have other questions, do not hesitate to contact with me. I will help you.
