I want to edit the footer and it will not let me, place the address, the phones, the mails and the credits of the development of the page

I got your questions. In your case, the cause by you have not enable the Visual Composer. To enable it, you enter the dashboard choose Visual Composer>>Role manager and do as the attachment screenshot
