Questions for kute wordpress theme_home page top bar not displayed

Dear Kute theme support team,

I just bought the theme yesterday, the theme looks good. However I noticed that the top header bar within Login/Register links can’t be displayed on the website. is there any soluations could u provide?

The following attendments are the screenshot:

1. the screenshot of demo with top header.

2. the screenshot of my website without top header.

3&4. The version of kute theme and wordpress.

5. the possible setting area which I believe to setup the header bar but actually not affect yet.

BTW, the other two files are used to connect FTP server, please feel free to check it.

Anyways, look forward from u for any suggestions.

I got your issues, the cause by you have not enable them. I did, you can check at the dashboard>>Appreance>>Menu as the attachment screenshot

About Register/Login. you enter the dashboard>>Woocommerce>>Settings>>Accounts tab and check at the Enable customer registration on the "My account" page line( i did again)
How's about questions 3+4+5: I am not clearly. Can you tell more details?

Hi Kazim,

Greeting and hope everything well.

First of first, thanks to reply me. Your support team did help me to solve the previous issue about half month ago and I deeply appreciate it. However there is another problem which I may need your team's help to solve.

When I customized the menu(categories), espectially for first and second levels, I noticed that visual composer doesn't work yet. The issues is happened in Mega Menu creating page, and I am 100% for sure that I active this plugin and the plugin work well when I create a new web page. It looks like something conflict between the theme and the visual composer, so could u give me some suggestions to slove the problem? The attachment (thrid photo)is the screenshot to show that the plugin doesn't work.

I checked and found that the cause by you have not enable for your Mega menu, please enter the dashboard choose Visual Composer>>Role manager and do as the attachment screenshot. Please do it and lemme know your results.
